Here’s a standalone Shipping Policy you can add to your Shopify site. You can link to it in your footer or during checkout.


Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email (“Order Confirmation”) once your order is placed, and another (“Shipping Confirmation”) once it’s on its way, complete with tracking details.

2. Shipping Regions & Partners

  • Coverage: We ship pan-India.

  • Couriers: Deliveries are made via Delhivery and Shiprocket.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days from date of dispatch.

  • Delays: In rare cases of courier delays (weather, strikes), delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders of ₹699 and above qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Rates: For orders below ₹699, shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

5. Order Cancellation & Returns Shipping Costs

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order any time before it has shipped—just email us at sales@thepickleproject.com.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns or Cancellations Outside Policy:

    • If you return an order or cancel after dispatch in a manner not covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy (e.g., outside the 72-hour window, opened/used items), return shipping costs must be borne by you, the customer.

    • We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier for returns to ensure safe receipt.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damages in Transit: Inspect your package upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, refuse it or email sales@thepickleproject.com within 48 hours with photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows non-delivery beyond 15 days, notify us and we’ll coordinate with the courier to trace or resend your order.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account on our site to view status updates.
