If you return an order or cancel after dispatch in a manner not covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy (e.g., outside the 72-hour window, opened/used items), return shipping costs must be borne by you, the customer.
We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier for returns to ensure safe receipt.
Damages in Transit: Inspect your package upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, refuse it or email sales@thepickleproject.com within 48 hours with photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Shipments: If tracking shows non-delivery beyond 15 days, notify us and we’ll coordinate with the courier to trace or resend your order.
